This has been my to-go-to auto repair shop for 20 years. They have worked on 5 different cars of mine over the years. Oscar is the best! He is knowledgeable with his work and extremely pleasant to work with. They are honest with their work and their pricing is very readable for the quality work done! Reasons why I continue to return to Baez for 2 decades and will continue to come see Oscar in the future for all my auto repair needs.

My car window broke, the motor needed to be replaced. Baez was the fastest place that was able to take my car in repair it all in one day. We have used Baez in the past for other repairs and have had a great experience. Service is excellent and price is reasonable. Highly recommend Baez.

Oscar has provided services for my family since we moved to Elgin at great cost and with efficiency! The prices are always fair and the work gets done pretty quickly. He is also very accommodating and communicative.

Oscar was kind from the 1st moment I showed up for help w a battery install and then fixing my son's A/C system. He was honest, very patient explaining everything to both my son and I and felt trustworthy. We will be back for future needs and I will refer next time I am asked for a mechanic.

I've been going to Baez Auto for several years now and it's always been great, even when I've had weird or not so obvious problems. Oscar is an honest owner who's always looking out for his customers. I feel lucky to have someone I trust and a team that does such great work so close to my house. I would definitely recommend Oscar and his shop to anyone.
